• Will cease and desist, and will further refrain from, accessing Facebook's website(s),
Facebook's Development Platform, or Facebook's Services for any reason whatsoever;
• Will cease and desist, and will refrain from application development on Facebook
Platform, through use of your own API Keys or those of third parties;
• Will provide Facebook with a copy of any and all code, software, scripts, or other
methods used to create and manage your Applications, or execute your scheme as
described herein;
• Will turn over to Facebook any and all API Keys and Secret Keys you have acquired
from Facebook users, and will delete and destroy any copies of them that you may have
retained; and
• Will not induce any other person to violate Facebook's Terms.
If you choose to ignore this letter and continue access Facebook's sites and/or services, Facebook
reserves the right to take whatever measures it believes are necessary to enforce its rights,
maintain the quality of its site, and protect its users' privacy and information.
This letter is not intended by us, and should not be construed by you, as a waiver or
relinquishment of any of our client's rights or remedies in this matter. Our client specifically
reserves all such rights and remedies whether at law or in equity, under applicable domestic and
foreign laws.
